End of Term Social & Full Orchestra Rehearsal with Danny

An opportunity to have a look at some of next term's rep and for a convivial festive  break.  Hazelwood are providing the tables and chairs, we need to bring everything else for the break please.

Please try to arrive at 7:15 for setting up. This is a 2-hour rehearsal for 7:30-9:30pm, with a longer than average break. Remember to bring your mug/glass/plate/paper napkin plus drinks other than tea or coffee or snacks other than mince pies as required!  

You'll need Mamma Mia and Something's Stirring parts too if you have them.

Starting 22 September, we are asking everyone to take a lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending a rehearsal. We are remaining cautious and considerate with our in-person sessions, and with the longer rehearsal times and the potential need to close doors when the temperature drops  and to get closer together with larger attendances, we want to ensure everyone's safety with this additional mitigation strategy. We have vulnerable members and members with vulnerable family members and want to do our part to reduce risk and help as many people as possible feel they can attend.   

We are also asking for face coverings to be worn when setting up, packing up andwhenever social distancing is compromised.

Please remember to use hand sanitiser  and to put your face covering on at the entrance...
