Full Orchestra Rehearsal and hopefully 'End of term social', with Sara - St Peter's Church Hall, Limpsfield RH8 0DG

Socially-distanced full rehearsal with Sara at St Peter's Church Hall, Limpsfield. Please try to arrive between 7:15 and 7:25 for setting up. This rehearsal is 2 hours long for 7:30pm-9:30pm, with a refreshments break. Remember to bring your mug/glass/plate and refreshments to share. (TBC)  If you have stand lights, please bring them, they can be useful in some areas of the hall, particularly for upper strings and flutes.

Joining via Zoom is free -- please select the "Zoom Attendance" ticket if you plan to join remotely. Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Joining the waiting list is free -- we will try to contact you if someone else cancels their in person ticket.  Wait to hear separately if a place becomes available.  You may join by Zoom of course.

Starting 22 September, we are asking everyone to take a lateral flow test within 24 hours of attending a rehearsal. We are remaining cautious and considerate with our in-person sessions, and with the longer rehearsal times and the potential need to close doors when the temperature drops, we want to ensure everyone's safety with this additional mitigation strategy. We have vulnerable members and members with vulnerable family members and want to do our part to reduce risk and help as many people as possible feel they can attend.
