Hazelwood School - our very kind hosts
Access is limited to the car parks, the Baily Building, the external steps beside the Baily Building and the terraces immediately outside the Bawtree Hall and the Baily Building entrance. Please do not explore other areas of the site.
There are two lifts in the Baily Building, both have very limited capacity and must be reserved for people with disabilities and their carers, with no more than two people using a lift at any one time. Overloading leads to lift breakdowns...
Noise outside should be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb neighbours.
No food or drink from outside the venue - with the exception of water - should be brought in.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the school site.
Please silence phones, smart watches etc before the start of the event.
If you find yourself unable to attend, you are entitled to a refund or to carry forward your ticket to the next concert.
Please contact email@example.com if you require a refund, specifying your ticket number(s).
