More information about the concert and COVID-19 safety:
We will be serving audience refreshments during the interval in the large church hall. There is room for seating around tables in the church hall. There will be a choice of cakes and drinks for which we will be asking for donations (suggested minimum of £2 per adult). If possible, please bring some cash to help us with quick collection of donations. RPC requests that no food or drink is consumed in the church itself, or the foyer.
Please bring your ticket with you so that we can check you in. Tickets can be printed out or shown open on a mobile phone. If you don’t have a printer or a mobile phone, please make a note of the long number on your ticket and give your name to the people checking you in.
We would like to keep everyone as safe as possible. There will be vulnerable people present both in the orchestra and in our audience. Please do not attend if you are likely to be infectious; if you are unwell or are testing positive for Covid-19, or someone in your household is. We ask our orchestra members to take a lateral flow test before coming out and they will be wearing face coverings, except whilst seated/ready to play.
Audience and volunteers
Please wear your face covering whilst in the building, unless you are exempt, except when eating or drinking. (Children under 12 are not expected to wear face coverings.) We would also really appreciate it if you could do your own Lateral Flow test before coming out.
Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the premises. Please use upon entry/exit and using the toilets as a minimum to protect others.
We are continuing to give each other space as much as possible.
In order to keep the air fresh in the building, there will be some windows and doors open. Please dress warmly in layers.
Priory Drive will not be used for parking. There must be access to the Premises available to emergency vehicles at all times and make sure that any parking outside the Premises does not cause a hazard or a nuisance to users of Park Lane East. Disabled Parking is for disabled drivers only. As the Church is located on a bus route, it is essential that road traffic regulations are adhered to.
