Virtual Sign Up: "For One Night Only" May Concert

This is a virtual clipboard sign up sheet for playing in the "For One Night Only" Concert.  Members are asked to confirm by 14th February as Sara needs to know ASAP if we need to book any professional musicians to fill gaps.  If you know you are unable to attend please let us know by selecting the "Not Going" option.

Setting up from 1:00pm, rehearsing 2:00 - 4:00pm ish Concert starts 5:30pm (all exact timing to be confirmed). Dress code for concert is "all black."  

If you book a place in the concert, please aim to attend at least 50% of rehearsals - 

The rehearsal on the previous Wednesday is very important. The afternoon rehearsal on the day is also  important of course,  but no one will be expected to play at full energy to conserve strength and embouchure for the concert.

If you book a place but find out, at a subsequent date that you cannot in fact attend - please let Pam or a member of the committee know as soon as possible.
