Virtual Sign Up: Playing in the November Concert ( Memory, Mystery and Magic )

This is a virtual clipboard sign up sheet for playing in the November 2nd Autumn Concert.  Members are asked to confirm by the AGM on the 17th of September, as we need to know ASAP, if we need to book any professional musicians to fill gaps. Plus we need to be aware of potential numbers of performers as available floor space is limited.   

Setting up from 9:00am, rehearsing 10-30 -1:00pmish Concert starts 2.30 pm (all exact timing to be confirmed). Dress code for concert is "all black."  The concert should be finished by 5 pm. Any help clearing up appreciated. These timings may very slightly.

If you book a place in the concert, please aim to attend at least 50% of rehearsals.
